Catch Your Breath
There are different methods of inhaling, whether you’re doing so from a vaporiser, cigarette, hookah pipe, or are just breathing normal air. Straight to lung does what it says on the tin - the substance passes straight through into your lungs - and is how most of us will breathe regular air normally. Some may prefer straight to lung delivery when they vape as it delivers more vapour and a stronger throat hit.
Like a Fine Wine
Mouth to lung, however, introduces an additional element to the process of vaping. Rather than inhaling the vapour straight down, the user holds the vapour in their mouth first before breathing it in. Imagine you’re swilling a drink around your mouth before you drink, like a fine wine, as opposed to shooting it straight down as you would a vodka shot!
Mouth to lung inhalation allows you to hold and appreciate the flavour of the liquid vapour more greatly. If you’re switching to vaping from smoking cigarettes, you may be used to this method of inhaling from your mouth.
If you vape purely for the throat hit and nicotine fix, and desire maximum vapour production, straight to lung delivery may be more suitable. However, if you’re looking to enhance the experience of vaping, slowing down the process to appreciate the flavour of your e-liquid, mouth to lung may be the method for you.
