Can I Use ePen Cartridges With My ePod 2?The Vuse ePod 2 uses it's own unique flavour refills which are not suitable for use with the ePen. The same is true for ePen refills. To charge your device, simply plug your charger in to the mains and attach the micro USB cable at the base of the unit. Which Strength Flavour Pods Are Available?Vuse ePod 2 flavour pods are available in a range of different strengths. These include: Can I Use My ePod Whilst It's Charging?Absolutely. What sets the ePod 2 apart from other similar devices is that it can be used whilst charging. If you are planning on doing this, we recommend using a lengthy micro USB cable to avoid accidentally tugging or damage to your device. How Do I Set My Vuse ePod 2 Up?Using your Vuse ePod 2 is about as easy as it gets. Ready to go right out the box, the Vuse ePod 2 is draw-activated without the need for pre-charging or button based set up. To get started with yours, simply remove your pod from its plastic wrap and drop it into the magnetic slot at the top of the device before inhaling from the top of the pod. Does My ePod 2 Come Charged?The ePod 2 comes partially charged right out the box, allowing you to use your device as soon as it arrives. We recommend charging your device for approximately 80 minutes before use for an optimal experience. How Long Will My ePod 2 Battery Last?How long your device lasts depends on a number of factors, including usage habits, storage, length of typical charge and standby patterns. A fully charged ePod 2 should give you a whopping 400 puffs per charge, making it one of the most energy efficient devices on the market. How Long Will the Device Itself Last?If you maintain your device correctly and do not cause damage to any of the internal mechanisms or parts, your Vuse ePod 2 should last around 12 months. Your device should continue to work after this period, however due to the deterioration of the lithium inside your battery, charging strength may begin to show signs of diminishing. Why Isn't My ePod Releasing Vapour?A complete lack of vapour release could be caused by several different issues, including possible mechanism malfunction. Possible fixes include:
Why Is My ePod 2 Flashing?If the LED light on the front of your device is flashing repeatedly, this indicates that it needs charging. How Do I Charge My ePod?To charge your Vuse ePod 2, simply connect your micro USB to your device and plug it in to a mains powered wall socket. When charging, the white LED on the Vuse ePod 2 vape pen will flash white. When the LED disappears, the Vuse ePod 2 device is fully charged. Disconnect the magnetic USB charging cable. How Do I Turn My ePod 2 Off?Because the ePod 2 is activated by drawing or puffing only, there is no need to worry about switching it off. When your ePod 2 is activated during use, the white LED on the front of the device will light up. Once you finish puffing, this LED light will switch off, indicating that your device is now at rest. How Do I Safely Clean My ePod 2?To clear any built-up or lodged-in dirt, simply blow into the pod section.
